Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

 

  1. What if I cancel at the thirteenth hour?

    50% of the total charges is applicable for cancellation notice made less than 48 hours before trip commences.  Full amount of the charges will be imposed for cancellation notice made less than 24 hours before trip commences.

  2. What about Midnight Charges?

    A S$20.00 per transfer will be imposed starting from 2330 hours to 0630 hours.  For disposal, an additional S$10.00/hour will be charged on top of the hourly rate.

  3. Any Peak Hour / Weekend / Holiday Surcharge?

    There will be no extra charges on peak hours, weekends and holiday seasons.

  4. Miscellaneous Charges

    Our quotations/prices include all miscellaneous charges such as parking fees and ERP charges.

  5. When bookings must be made?

    It is advisable to make your bookings at least 24 hours in advance.  Last minute booking will be subjected to the availability of coaches / limousines.

  6. When to make payment?

    First time or ad-hoc customer will be on C.O.D. term upon completion of job done and payment can be made by cash or through cheque made payable to ALBERT PANG TRANSPORT or PETER PEE TRANSPORT. 

  7. Are changes allowed after order confirmation?

    Notice of changes should be given least 24 hours before the trip commences.  Last minute changes will be subjected to the availability of coaches / limousines.

  8. Malaysia Tours / Transfers

    All coaches entering Malaysia require a Malaysian a registered guide.
